Amazing service! My first hotel fell through at 1 am, and I was left stranded in NOLA. Called five other hotels that were all booked, but then Comfort Suites had availability and told me to come right over. The man at the front desk was extremely sympathetic to my case, and made sure I felt comfortable and never over-budget. Parking is free, plenty, and guarded by night security. Love this hotel!

Out of all the hotels in the area, this one was clean, in a decent location, which made me feel safe. Overall, this was a good hotel, in a pretty good area, and had security outside in the parking lot. They also offered breakfast in the am.

The hotel is in a nice location. However it smells awful. The smell of mildew in mold took over and we could not stay. The lady at the front desk was really nice and caring. She said that the owner knows about the smell. She even tried to move us to another room and that room smelled even worse. I could not breathe in the room because of the smell. So my husband went and bought another room next door. We will be calling Monday for a refund.

First time at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Had a 2-night stay for a speaking engagement The rooms were updated, clean, and spacious. The gym was small but sufficient. The breakfast was standard continental but lacked healthy options.

Very good, comfortable beds, quiet, cool, convenient to our venue, friendly service. Overall I would recommend this hotel, it’s not super fancy but does provide a nice comfortable nights sleep.

I highly recommend this hotel! I give this hotel a 10/10! I stay in choice hotels 4 nights a week due to working out of town and this hotel is one of the cleanest comfort suites I have stayed in. The room was large and very nice. Above all the staff was super friendly! They went out of their way to accommodate my stay. I called them ahead of time to see if they had a big area for me to park my truck and they set out cones to save me a spot. The staff is awesome! You will not regret staying at this hotel.

Wanda was AMAZING!! My family stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days. Wanda checked us in on our first night and was always there in the morning at breakfast. She even gave us ideas of where to shop while we were in town. All the employees were so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Wanda was most definitely our favorite though.
